Funcare Royal Stars School
Funcare Royal Stars joined the SMI program in late 2023 with just 60 students and a small team of overwhelmed staff. Through SMI’s mentorship and operations training, they overhauled their leadership structure, improved teacher retention, and introduced a parent engagement system. Today, the school has doubled in size, opened a second campus, and its director sits on the board of the FCT School Proprietors Council.
Steady Steps School Abuja
Steady Steps School entered the SMI program struggling with declining enrollment and poor financial records. After completing the program, the school implemented SMI’s budgeting framework, introduced value-based marketing, and built a reliable admissions funnel. Within six months, enrollment rose by 45%.
Blooming Field Preparatory
Blooming Field Preparatory is a basic school that joined the SMI program looking to improve their structure and leadership.
