At the end of this course, School Owners are supposed to dive into the blueprint of designing a practical, achievable, and enduring vision for a school that can outlive the founder.
The school owners will use the School Owners Vision Framework (SOVF) to conceptualize a compelling vision for the school.
The School owners will use the SOVF to implement a failure-proof vision that will motivate the founder, staff, parents, and the future generations to come.
This module will dive into concepts such as
- Vision Diagnosis
- Explore and use the Vision/Mission Board Generation
- Develop 5 years of workable organizational Vision for the school
- Understand/conduct a SWOT (STRENGTH, WEAKNESS, OPPORTUNITIES, THREATS) analysis.
- Carry a strategic goal-setting (Endpoint backward framework)
- Set trackable and measurable KPIs (student growth, finance, staff, number of classrooms, number of campuses, Assets acquisitions, revenue).

This module exposes the school owners to educational technological tools that help speed up growth and deepen adoption, thereby positioning the school for global outreach. We would explore topics such as.

If you intend to attract foreign students while in your country, this module prepares you
for the future of education and positions your school to begin to harness the benefit of
internationalization of your school. School Owners will explore key elements such as
curriculum globalization, cultural integration, and the development of global partnerships.
Emphasis will be placed on fostering an inclusive learning environment that prepares
students for a globalized world. We explore topics such as
• Preparing to embrace internationalization
• Setting up for internationalization framework
• Implementation of the virtual School and more
School Owners who have completed all sprint/deliverables are immediately issued a
certificate of completion. However, to obtain the chartered status, they are given four
weeks to implement what they have learned in their school ahead of the induction.
A constant follow-up and regular reporting system will be engaged to ascertain some level
of compliance.
