About Kate

My career has been built around leading complex projects, building organisations and bringing together diverse stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes. I am an Electrical Engineer, Lawyer and Founder & CEO of Reswitch, a technology company helping regional communities access and benefit from renewable energy developments across Australia.

Over the past 15 years, I have led multidisciplinary teams and delivered major energy infrastructure and renewable energy projects involving government, industry, local councils and community stakeholders. My experience spans strategic leadership, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, commercial negotiations, governance and organisational growth.

As a founder, I have built a technology company from concept to commercial delivery, giving me first-hand experience in leading through uncertainty, driving innovation and building high-performing teams.
