My leadership journey has been built through over 10 years of working across the private sector, public sector, and development sector, helping organisations solve complex challenges and deliver impact. I strongly believe that success is incomplete unless we help others succeed too. This belief shapes how I lead, mentor, and serve. Wherever I find myself, I intentionally strive to ensure that people leave better than they met me and organisations are stronger because I was there. I am excited to bring this same mindset and practical experience to mentoring school leaders.

Why Nkem mentors

I want to mentor at SMI because I believe great schools are built by great leaders. When school leaders grow, teachers are empowered, students thrive, and entire communities benefit. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed helping people unlock their potential, solve challenges, and achieve meaningful results. Mentoring at SMI is an opportunity to share practical leadership lessons from my experience across the private, public, and development sectors while also learning from other leaders. I hope to encourage school leaders to lead with vision, build strong systems, and create a lasting impact that extends far beyond their schools.
