Professionally, I have built experience across the financial services and energy sectors, taking on responsibilities in finance, risk management, financial control, and now leading a reconciliation team at Norrenberger Asset Management. My journey has taught me the importance of accountability, teamwork, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and leading by example. I am passionate about improving processes, developing people, and creating systems that deliver sustainable results.

Beyond the workplace, my leadership journey extends to church and community service, where I actively participate in leadership, coordination, mentoring, prayer, and teaching activities. I have been involved in supporting church administration, coordinating activities within the corpers' lodge, and contributing to programmes that promote spiritual growth, financial literacy, and personal development.
