My leadership journey has basically been about volunteering my skills, talent and experience in order to contribute to other people's wellbeing and success in all spheres of endeavour. My key accomplishment has been being a part of the success story that inspires and impacts lives and livelihoods to aspire to greater heights and achieve great success. In my profession as a lawyer, I have supported individual and business clientele alike to achieve their differing goals and objectives.
I intend to volunteer my experience as a leadership and change professional colored with my legal practice and experience to support school management and leadership in achieving their set educational goals

Why Omolade mentors

What motivates me to mentor school leaders is essentially my belief in the fact that school leaders require support in achieving their set vision for their respective establishments. One of the key areas where support may appear to be lacking is in the aspect of legal and compliance support.

With this mentorship, I hope to impact legal guidance and direction to these institutions, which I believe is key for developing and reforming school systems for the better.
